Summary: A look into the games involved in the life of five different females.

It was all a game. That’s what she told herself over and over from the moments after the car exploded. None of it was real; nothing they had had was real. Even the life she had had with her father was one big game. He had hidden who he really was at every turn. In her mind, she had thought Tony reminded her of her dad from the moment they met. Now she knew how right she was. They were both manipulative bastards who had lied to her in different ways. But through all of it, she still loved them.

Men and their games. The thought crossed her mind every time she was forced to the sidelines because she wasn’t a man, because she didn’t have a dick and balls between her legs. She had fought every step of the way through her training and even achieved the top honor of making the Presidential detail. But they still treated her as a woman, something to be protected instead of a partner. One day she knew she would prove herself as an equal to the men around her. She would show them that she had a set between her legs too.

The click of the handcuffs around her wrists signaled the start of the “game” for the night. Usually, vanilla worked just fine. But every so often, she found herself looking for a release, a way to shed the emotions that built up and threatened to overwhelm. When Gibbs had returned and informed her of Kate’s death, she found herself desperate for that release. The attempt on her life had solidified the need. After the funeral, she had made her way to the club she occasionally frequented and found a means for her release. Safeguards in place, she let everything go.

She treated it like a game. The way the pupils of her “victim” would dilate as she stalked toward them. She loved the look on their faces because it told her she was exuded the amount of sexual charm that she wanted to achieve. Given time, she could get any man to talk to her, tell her everything he knew, everything he had ever done wrong. It even worked on some women and that pleased her to no end. She could achieve with just her body and her words what others around her could not. It was her finest skill.

Patty cake, patty cake, baker’s man. Please, play the game with me, Daddy. Can I be the blue piece? Look! I’m the princess and I’m going to the prom! That’s cheating! You can’t get out of the Molasses Swamp that way! I’ll race you back to the car Daddy! Bet I can beat you! Can I try out for the Little League team? Maddie’s parents are letting her? Will you teach me how to play? Daddy, I can’t wait for you to come home. I’ve got a new game I want to show you. I miss you. Come back soon!
In Order: Jeanne Benoit, Kate Todd, Abby Sciuto, Ziva David, Kelly Gibbs

oh these were all great (and I guess them all correctly), but the Kelly one was powerful- like a knife in the gut (in a good way)

I wanted to hug Gibbs close after I wrote the Kelly one...

I always love the way you capture each of the characters in NCIS so well.

Thanks! Hearing that makes me happy because character is what I try to get right the most when I'm writing for any show. No matter what I have them doing, I want them to sound like they do in the show.

Oh god. You are so good at these five part stories. I also feel so immensely proud when I guess them, lol.

The Kate one - so very her, needing to feel like 'one of the guys' or, at least feel like an equal, and the Kelly one...oh god.

Awesome.

I definitely see Abby as the kind to need a release every now and then. Glad that one worked for you!

:-)

Thanks for reviewing!

Excellent charater moments. Each Woman was so well defined that I knew without looking that I'd guessed them correctly

Thanks! I really like how this came out considering I got the idea and wrote it in around 15 minutes. :-)

It's always fun when you don't have to beat an idea into submission.

Poor Jeanne. I have always felt very sorry for her because of what Tony did to her. And it hurt Tony too, honestly because he fell for her and got too involved. But it always just sucked because she never did anything to deserve what they did to her. And it had to hard for Jeanne to admit to herself that despite it all, despite the lies and mistrust, she still loves him and loves her father.

Oooh, I was right in my guess of Kate. Wow, she made Presidential detail? That is impressive sounding. It does suck, to be a woman in a "men's world" and have to fight doubly hard each and every step of the way. Great job with her voice.

Poor Abby! *huggles her tightly* The need to find a release, the need to give it all up and let someone else have control, poor thing. She just...she had so much happen to her in such a short amount of time. It's a surprise she held it together as well as she did.

Ziva, Ziva, Ziva. I love different parts of her character so very much. And her 'interrogation' techniques are one of the best things I love about her. And her lack of understanding for America's laws in regards to interrogation and treating suspects with respect. Sometimes her method would just work so much better!

And ouch, you just ripped my heart out with Kelly's. Seriously, that little section was just so well done. Great job with the child's voice! You rock.

I'm assuming she was presidential detail because she was on Air Force One regularly with the president to be sleeping with the "ball" carrier.

Kelly's was my favorite to do. I even googled Candyland and found a board picture because I couldn't remember the trap areas. :-)
